Intended Audience:

This course is designed for those people who already hold a full ambulance emergency response certificate approved by an NHS Emergency Ambulance Service. The course incorporates the system of vehicle control – Roadcraft: The Police Driver’s Handbook (The Police Foundation), together with the Emergency Ambulance Response Driver’s Handbook (DTAG) and the Highway Code. It is based on current legislation and best practice including Section 19 changes.
