Intended Audience:
This course prepares individuals who would like to work, or who currently work, in the further education and skills sector for further education (FE) colleges, independent training providers and/or Local Authorities.
On completion of this course, learners could progress to the Qualsafe Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training (RQF).
Overview:
Successful learners will build an understanding of the specific roles and responsibilities related to planning and delivering inclusive training sessions, alongside how to assess learners and provide constructive and developmental feedback.
